A Recipe for Ramen Noodles

- Igredients:
- Udon noodles, bacon, dark-green leafy veggie, hondashi,
what-ever-else you feel like putting on your noodle.
- Method:
- Take two pots. Boil water in one for the Udon noodles. In the other
one, fry some bacon. when the bacon is done, put them aside, and use
some of the fat to stir fry the veggie (I like collar greens). By this
time, the water in the other pot should be boiling. Dump the udin in the
boiling water. When the veggies are done, set them aside w/ the bacon.
Add water to the pot that you fried the veggies with to make soup. Add
hondashi to the soup base. You can also add sliced fishcakes or what
ever else you want. Let the soup base come to a simmer. When the udons
are done, strain them into a large bowl, then lay the bacon and veggies
on top of the udon, then pour the soup base on top of everything else.
